MTC’s Seasonal Vacation plan is available for all customers for up to 6 months at a time.

Why Use a Seasonal Vacation Plan?

Seasonal Vacation Plans are for you if you’re leaving town for an extended vacation or if you need to pause your service for your seasonal business. 

We can pause your services for up to 6 months. When you get back home or are ready to start up business again, call us to reconnect your services.

Seasonal Vacation Plan FAQs

MTC’s Seasonal Vacation plan allows any MTC customer to put their MTC services on hold and pause their billing for up to 6 months, free of charge.

When you’re ready to reconnect your services, we charge a one-time Seasonal Vacation reconnect fee.

Seasonal Vacation Plans are available to all customers. Any customer who will be out of town or needs to pause their service for an extended period of time (up to 6 months), would benefit by enrolling.

For example:

  • Retirees
  • Military Deployment
  • Customers with Multiple homes/Vacation Homes
  • Property-owners
  • Long-term travelers
  • Seasonal businesses (such as summer restaurants)
  • And more!

All services at the home or business will be disconnected when you enroll in a Seasonal Vacation Plan.

Wi-Fi connected devices will not work if the internet services are placed on hold.

Landline phones will not work.

Camera systems that rely on your Wi-Fi connection will not work.

No, as long as you plan on restoring service after you return, you do not need to return MTC’s equipment.

All MTC services can be put on hold with a seasonal vacation plan.

No, you do not need to set a reconnect date when you initially enroll in MTC’s Seasonal Vacation Plan. However, if you do not contact us within 6 months, we will contact you and disconnect your services.
